Job Description:
1. Market research and new customer development: Based on the company's strategic development, actively understand the market and provide feedback on market demand to backend research and development. Expand customers, independently develop and expand upstream, downstream, and end customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct business activities based on customer information provided by the company, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Business negotiation: Responsible for business negotiation, independent handling of inquiries, quotations, technical agreements, and contract terms negotiation and signing, coordinating and supervising the operations of various functional departments of the company during the contract execution process; And matters such as tracking and collecting sales receipts.
4. Business Scope: Mainly responsible for expanding the application market of COF, such as VOC treatment, chromatographic fillers, purification and separation of natural products, wastewater treatment, etc. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer needs; Follow up on potential customers and create sales performance;
5. Daily work: Complete tasks assigned by the general manager, regularly report on business work status, etc. At the same time, assist the general manager in dynamically grasping market prices, and regularly provide market analysis and forecast reports to the company; Collect frontline marketing information and customer opinions, and provide reasonable suggestions for the company's marketing strategy, after-sales service, etc;
6. Communication precautions: Establish good communication with the R&D and production departments, timely convey customer needs, propose improvement suggestions, and ensure the smooth completion of sales.

Job requirements:
1. Aged 23-40 years old, suitable for business trips, with a driver's license, bachelor's degree or above, with unlimited majors. Majors in chemistry, materials, and biopharmaceutical are preferred. Those with experience in adsorption materials, chromatographic fillers, and other industries can be given preferential treatment in terms of salary and rank;
2. Outgoing personality, quick thinking, high enthusiasm for market work, strong ability to connect with people;

7. Experience in To B sales business is preferred.
Salary and benefits:
1. On duty with a minimum salary of over 6500+performance bonus+commission (project bonus).
